Submitting an order
You are authorizing us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your wine order. We make no representation as to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any State outside California.

You must be 21 to Purchase Alcohol
Alcoholic beverages may only be sold and delivered to persons who are at least 21 years old and the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. An adult signature is required at time of wine delivery. By submitting your order electronically you are signing that you have read and understand the above conditions.

Cancellation of CHEFS Wine Club Membership
There is no obligation, no membership fees, or cancellation fees.

Wine Purchase
Your wine purchase will be a separate transaction from your purchases on CHEFScatalog.com and from CHEFS. CHEFS has selected the Debbie Road, LLC. to operate the CHEFS wineclub.com. Your wine purchases on CHEFSwineclub.com will be a separate transaction from your purchases on CHEFScatalog.com and will ship separately with respective tax and Shipping/processing charges applied.

Return Policy
If a wine shipment is damaged in transit we will replace the product at no additional charge. If the wine is corked from the winery, we will replace the bottle at no charge. On the rare occasion members receive the wrong wine product, a discount is offered, or the shipment can be returned at no-charge to the member.

Refunds on Wine Purchases
Due to the nature of our wine products, refunds occur within 14 days after bottles are returned to our facility unopened. We do not pay for shipping of returned wine products, or refund payments if we are unable to restock the wine back into our inventory for any reason.
